Hamano Biscotti, named after the coastal sea breezes and characteristics of Soma, are handmade at the Cafe Sachieda. The most distinctive feature of these biscotti is the use of aosa seaweed harvested from Soma’s Matsukawaura harbor, which is kneaded into the dough. This gives the biscotti a rich aroma of the sea, pairing crunchy almonds with the unique flavor of aosa seaweed for a truly one-of-a-kind treat.
